We can safely say this year hasn’t been like any other. The hospitality industry has faced many challenges and limitations that we at the Burlington Hotel have taken seriously to ensure that your safety and health are not at risk when visiting us.
We understand that our guest’s expectations for hotel cleaning and disinfecting have changed. Designed to help our guests and our teams stay safe at this time, we have taken additional measures to build beyond our already rigorous cleaning standards, by providing increased cleaning of public areas. We have also adjusted our food and beverage service, to ensure our guests enjoy a worry free stay.
We also have an innovative and comprehensive program of training for our staff, and our team members will continue to wear face masks out of an abundance of caution.
With varying government restrictions in place, we are constantly reviewing our hotel and restaurant policies to insure that we operate in line with these. We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws whilst a guest at the hotel, and we ask that you wear a face mask in indoor public areas.
