Our biggest commitment is to keep our guests & team members healthy and safe during these unusual times. In line with this, we have reviewed our procedures and policies to include government guidelines and to make things easier for you and we would like you to know of these changes before your arrival.
Before your arrival
Our reservations team will contact you the day before your arrive to request payment, this so we are able to provide a contact-free check in. You will be emailed your payment receipt which will include a link that will direct you to our website to fill in your COVID-19 declaration. This declaration needs to be completed and submitted to us before your arrival.
On your arrival
Our check in is from 3pm, whilst we are a boutique hotel please be advised that at peak times there may be a small queue and we ask you to respect the social distancing rules that are put in place within the reception area.
The lift is in use and cleaned at regular intervals, we ask only guests travelling together use the lift at one time.
We have amended our housekeeping routine to ensure we are in line with the current government guidelines. Unfortunately, our housekeepers will not be able to enter your room during your stay. However, we have added a request form in each room should you require any additional consumables. This should be filled out and placed on the outside handle of your door. Our Housekeeping team will deliver the items to outside your room.
All public areas will be cleaned and disinfected more frequently to include all touch points. All rooms will be put out of use between each guests stay to reduce any risks to the guests.
We have had to keep the breakfast lounge area closed for the time being due to social distancing. Our bar has social distancing rules in place and we are offering track and trace to all our customers.
If you have your own mask please bring this with you as you will need to wear it at all times in common areas as per government guidelines. Masks do not have to be worn in the bar area unless you wish to do so.
The restaurant will reopen from 7th August. To avoid disappointment we urge you to book a table, please contact our reception team, 01903 211222.
