The Burlington Hotel offers three elegant function rooms, thoughtfully designed to suit weddings of every size and style. Whether enjoyed individually or combined, the intimate Pearl Room and adjoining Princess Amelia Room create a flexible and beautifully connected space, giving you endless possibilities for organising your perfect reception. Following a delicious wedding breakfast or buffet, expertly prepared and served by the team behind the celebrated Sea Pearl Restaurant, it’s time to kick off your heels and take the celebrations up a gear in your very own private nightclub.

Our experienced events team will help plan every detail and ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day, leaving you free to relax and enjoy every moment of your celebration. Below, you’ll find details of what’s included in your wedding package. And if you have any special requests or ideas, we’d love to hear them.
Wedding Catering
Our talented Head Chef Cornelius has created a range of menus that cater to all tastes, from a traditional sit-down meal to a relaxed buffet. If you have any particular dietary requirements or specific requests, all menus can be tailored to suit the needs of you and your guests.
Room decorations
We provide traditional Chiavari chairs and all tableware, glassware, and linens. To help make your wedding celebration truly personal, we also offer a number of additional room and table decoration options for you to choose from. We have partnerships with florists and room decorators and arrange backdrops, photo booths and much more on request.
Honeymoon in style in The Burlington Suite
Our luxurious Burlington Suite has been designed to make sure your ‘just married’ glow lasts well beyond the day itself. When the party winds down, retreat to your very own suite and relive the highlights of your special day as you unwind.
Wedding cakes, toasts and speeches
We can take delivery of your wedding cake on the day of your celebration and provide a knife for the all-important cutting of the cake. We do ask that you provide your own cake stand, however. A member of our team will also be available to act as toastmaster if required.
Local Suppliers
We work with a number of trusted local suppliers that can help with everything from the wedding cake, hair and makeup, decorations and even unusual party equipment like vintage photobooths or special lighting. Book a consultation with our expert Events Team and we can discuss all of your wishes and help them become a reality. We can take delivery of your wedding cake on the day of your celebration and provide a knife for the all-important cutting of the cake. We do ask that you provide your own cake stand, however. A member of our team will also be available to act as toastmaster if required.

Step out of the front entrance of The Burlington Hotel and 'you and yours' will find yourself on the unspoilt and wonderfully quiet stretch of Worthing Beach that is backdropped by the stunning Heene Terrace and gardens. You'll find yourself a few yards from the sea and just a few hundred yards from Worthing Pier. All of these settings are perfect for the wedding pictures that will tell the story of your very special day.

The Princess Amelia Room
Named after Princess Amelia, this charming room combines historic elegance with modern sophistication, offering a stunning setting for weddings and large events.
The Pearl Room
The Pearl Room offers the same light, airy ambiance and timeless elegance as the Princess Amelia Room — just on a more intimate scale. Perfect for smaller events and weddings, business meetings and private dining.
The Coral Lounge
Located on the lower ground floor, the Coral Lounge offers a private, adaptable space with its own bar, restrooms, and DJ booth — your very own 'night club' for an unforgettable party.
AccomModation
We have 26 elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, furnished with everything you need for a restful stay. You and your wedding guests are entitled to special rates for your stay and we will always prioritise making the Burlington Suite available for the happy couple.
Booking information
You can provisionally book a date with no obligation for a maximum of five days. To secure the booking, we require a deposit of £500, which is non-refundable. We require any remaining payments and menu choices for sit-down meals eight weeks in advance. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens. If you’re looking for a wedding venue at short notice, please call us. We can work to shorter lead times if we have availability, so do get in touch.
