OUR BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED FUNCTION ROOMS

Oyster Room

This beautiful, well-proportioned room, full of period detail, is the perfect place to add elegance and grace to any function you may be planning. The light and airy space lends itself perfectly to weddings, breakfasts, dinners, and parties. It holds up to 80 people seated or up to 120 people standing. With a function catered just for you, a table layout of your choice, and a privately staffed bar for your convenience, The Oyster Room provides the ideal space in which to celebrate. Whether you choose to have a sit down meal or use the function room as a dance floor with a D.J., our experienced Event Co-ordination team will take care of all the arrangements so you can just relax and enjoy your event.

For larger functions of up to 150 people standing, you can hire both The Oyster Room and adjoining Pearl Lounge (link to pearl lounge). The Pearl Lounge can be used to offer a welcoming drink for your guests on arrival, a food buffet, for a photo booth, a D.J., or just as a space to chill out in a comfortable style. Both rooms offer excellent natural daylight from their large windows.

The Pearl Room

The Pearl Lounge is the smallest of our function rooms. Holding approximately 20 guests, it is perfect for more intimate meetings. This space can be furnished according to your requirements, providing various table and seating layouts to suit your needs. This space is perfect for small informal meetings or intimate gatherings.

Late Night Function Room

Situated on the lower ground floor of the hotel, our Late Night Function Room creates a great atmospheric space for you and your guests to party. We can provide an in-house D.J. to organise your playlist or simply bring in your iPod or CD’s. Security staff can be arranged and bar staff are on hand, leaving you free to have fun in a space perfect for dancing. This is an exciting venue that lends itself perfectly for buffets and parties.
